Shipping Processing Time

We ship orders directly from Prishtina, Republic of Kosova.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra days for delivery. In rare cases, if there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

• USA: 12–15 business days

• EU: 10–12 business days

• Republic of Kosova: 1 business day

• Albania / North Macedonia: 3–5 business days

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.).

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

A tracking number will be added to your order details as soon as it becomes available. You will be notified via email so you can track the status of your shipment every step of the way.

Customs, Taxes, and Duties

REBELLION is not responsible for any customs duties or fees applied to your order. All charges incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (customs duties, taxes, etc.).

If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees or “return to sender” reasons, we will refund only the value of the product; shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages

If you receive a damaged product, please take photos of the damage and send them to us immediately at:

Replacement of damaged products will be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
